Welcome to Bill Tracker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bill Tracker app ("App") provided by Polydez ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Bill Tracker, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and any future updates. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Bill Tracker provides tools for organizing, tracking, and managing recurring bills, subscriptions, and expenses. The App is available for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Data and Privacy
Bill Tracker is designed to be privacy-focused. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or identifiable information. All bill tracking, financial data, notes, and receipts are stored locally on your device.

We only collect limited, non-identifiable, and anonymous data solely to track the number of app downloads and current active users. This information cannot be linked to any individual user and helps us understand overall usage trends to improve the App's performance and stability. We never track user activity within the App.

4. Pro Version
Bill Tracker offers a Pro version, available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. The Pro version provides access to additional features such as Smart Bill Reminders, Expense Insights, Budgeting Tools, and Advanced Statistics. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the relevant app store's policies (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
5. Intellectual Property
Bill Tracker and its content are owned by Polydez. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content without our prior written consent.
6. Modifications to the App and Terms
We may update Bill Tracker or these Terms occasionally to improve the App and comply with legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bill Tracker is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Melbourne, Australia.

3. Data Stored Locally
All bill information, notes, categories, and financial data you input into the App is stored locally on your mobile device. This information is not accessible to us.
4. Anonymous Data Collection
We only collect a very limited set of non-identifiable, aggregate data for the sole purpose of understanding our user base and improving the App's technical performance. This includes:

5. Optional Cloud Backup (User Controlled)
Bill Tracker offers an optional cloud backup feature. If you choose to use this feature, your local bill data is transmitted to and stored on your personal, third-party cloud service (e.g., iCloud or Google Drive). We do not have access to or control over this data. You are solely responsible for managing the security and privacy of data stored in your personal cloud accounts.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (e.g., payment processors for Pro purchases). Any data handled by these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not transmit personal data to them.
