Welcome to Invoice Maker (“Invoice Maker”, “the App”), developed by Polydez (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Invoice Maker, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invoice Maker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Invoice Maker is provided to help users create invoices and quotes, manage clients, and export documents for business and personal use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

  • Modify, interfere with, or disrupt the App’s functionality

  • All data you enter is stored locally on your device or, if enabled by you, in your personal iCloud account.

  • Polydez does not have access to your local or iCloud data.

Invoice Maker may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics solely to understand:

  • How many times the App is installed

  • Whether a user has upgraded to the Pro version

These analytics do not identify you personally and are used only to improve the App.

5. Subscriptions and Pro Features

Invoice Maker offers optional Pro features through in-app subscriptions.

  • Subscription pricing and terms are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and managed by Apple.

  • Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID settings.

We do not store or process payment information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Invoice Maker is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to provide a reliable and accurate experience, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, performance, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polydez shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Modifications to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Invoice Maker or any part of it at any time, without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Invoice Maker (“Invoice Maker”, “the App”) is developed by Polydez (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Invoice Maker.

1. Overview

Invoice Maker is designed to work without requiring an account and without collecting personal data. All invoice, client, and business information you create in the App remains under your control.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

  • Personal identification information

  • Invoice contents

  • Client or customer details

  • Business or financial data

  • PDF documents created in the App

Polydez has no ability to view, access, or retrieve your invoices or client data.

3. Data Storage

All data entered into Invoice Maker is stored:

  • Locally on your device, and

  • Optionally in your personal iCloud account, if you enable iCloud sync

Data stored in iCloud is managed entirely by Apple and governed by Apple’s iCloud privacy policies. Polydez does not have access to your iCloud data.

You are responsible for managing backups and device security.

4. Anonymous Analytics

Invoice Maker may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics to help us understand how the App is used.

This analytics data is limited to:

  • App installation counts

  • Whether a user has upgraded to the Pro version

This data:

  • Does not identify you personally

  • Is not linked to invoices, clients, or documents

  • Is used only to improve the App and understand feature usage

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions 

Invoice Maker offers optional Pro features through in-app purchases.

  • All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store.

  • We do not collect or store payment information.

  • Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID.

6. Data Security

Invoice Maker is built with a local-first design to minimize data exposure.

  • Your data remains on your device or in your iCloud account.

  • Optional encrypted backups are available within the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

Invoice Maker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
