Welcome to Polynotes (“the App”), developed by Polydez (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Polynotes, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polynotes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Polynotes is provided to help users create notes on their devices for personal use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

• Modify, interfere with, or disrupt the App’s functionality

• Use the App in a way that could harm the App, other users, or our services

4. Data, Privacy, and Analytics

Polynotes is designed with privacy in mind.

• The App does not require user accounts.

• We do not collect or have access to personal data, or any documents created in the App.

• All data you enter is stored locally on your device or, if enabled by you, in your personal iCloud account.

• Polydez does not have access to your local or iCloud data.

Polynotes may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics solely to understand:

• How many times the App is installed

• Whether a user has upgraded to the Pro version

These analytics do not identify you personally and are used only to improve the App.

5. Subscriptions and Pro Features

Polynotes offers optional Pro features through in-app subscriptions.

• Subscription pricing and terms are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed through respective App Stores (iOS version are handled by Apple’s App Store and managed by Apple, Android versions are handled by Google Play Store and managed by Google).

• Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID settings or through Google Play ID settings.

We do not store or process payment information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Polynotes is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to provide a reliable and accurate experience, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, performance, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polydez shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Modifications to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Polynotes or any part of it at any time, without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Polynotes (“Polynotes Notes App”, “the App”) is developed by Polydez (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Polynotes.

1. Overview

Polynotes is designed to work without requiring an account and without collecting personal data. All documents, and business information you create in the App remains under your control.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Personal identification information

• Documents you create

• Your details

• Any generated data

• PDF documents created in the App

Polydez has no ability to view, access, or retrieve your documents or any data you enter into your documents.

3. Data Storage

All data entered into Polynotes is stored:

• Locally on your device, and

• Optionally in your personal iCloud account, if you enable iCloud sync

Data stored in iCloud is managed entirely by Apple and governed by Apple’s iCloud privacy policies. Polydez does not have access to your iCloud data.

You are responsible for managing backups and device security.

4. Anonymous Analytics

Polynotes may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics to help us understand how the App is used.

This analytics data is limited to:

• App installation counts

• Whether a user has upgraded to the Pro version

This data:

• Does not identify you personally

• Is not linked to notes, or documents

• Is used only to improve the App and understand feature usage

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Polynotes offers optional Pro features through in-app purchases.

• All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store if you are using iPhone.

• All payments are processed by Google via Google Play Store if you are using an Android phone.

• We do not collect or store payment information.

• Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID for Apple iPhone users, and through your Google id for Android users.

6. Data Security

Polynotes is built with a local-first design to minimize data exposure.

• Your data remains on your device or in your iCloud account.

• Optional encrypted backups are available within the App.

• We take reasonable measures to ensure the App operates securely, but you are responsible for safeguarding your device and access credentials.

7. Children’s Privacy

Polynotes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
