Welcome to Todoify! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Todoify app (“App”) provided by Polydez (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Todoify, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and any future updates. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Todoify provides task management features, including quick tasks, lists, reminders, and other organizational tools. The App is available for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Data and Privacy
Todoify does not collect personal information. Any data you store in Todoify is saved locally on your device and is synced to your iCloud account if iCloud Sync is enabled. We do not have access to your data.
Todoify only collects limited, non-identifiable information solely to track the number of users, which helps us improve our service. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Pro Version
Todoify offers a Pro version, available through in-app purchase. The Pro version provides access to additional features, such as unlimited lists, custom icons, reminders, and themes. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Todoify and its content are owned by Polydez. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content without our prior written consent.
6. Modifications to the App and Terms
We may update Todoify or these Terms from time to time to improve the App and comply with legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Todoify is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Melbourne, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in Melbourne, Australia.

All data entered into Todoify, such as tasks and lists, is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is backed up to your own iCloud account, which is governed by Apple’s iCloud policies. We do not store, access, or transmit your data to our servers.

While we strive to keep your data secure, please understand that no method of digital storage is 100% secure. We rely on Apple’s iCloud security features to protect your data when syncing with iCloud.
